Getting ACDmeet.org up and running

We are gathering in numbers in order to get something going. We want to encourage meets around the
country open to all things with four wheels that is street legal. With this group we want to entice people
to bring their daily drivers and fling them around corners and truly become in tuned with their vehicles
capabilities. This will also be a good time to meet face to face and hopefully beat the guy that’s been
talking smack online and put him in his place. That guy is usually me, I talk a big game and then drive
like a 16 year old Asian girl that had a few too many Saki bombs and lost her coke-bottle glasses. I know
I’m not the best driver out there as I have seen some amazing talent coming from guys that didn’t think
they were better than the next guy. We don’t care if you drive your Mom’s minivan from your last D&D
game, if you feel like you have the need for speed (and corners) then bring that 94 Astro and drift that
bitch.

We get hot when we see a chicane or banked corner so we hope to scope out some prime spots in order
to test our capabilities or lack thereof. We came up with the idea for this site after watching a episode of
Top Gear when they drove from Miami to New Orleans. It was an eye-opener when we saw them at the
race track that had been closed down for a few years yet still had the capability to take on a few track
days. I have the mentality to go towards this as if I were following a Phish concert in the fact that I follow
meets around in my car and camp anywhere near the track. Why? Because I spent all my damn money
on neat shit for my car that’s why. I would like to have a few different classifications for races along the
lines of FWD, RWD, AWD, 4cyl, 6cyl, 8cyl, FR, MR, RR, Stock, Modified, and GT-R. Yes if you bring a GT-R
you are in your own class because the car is insane, seriously anyone can join your class and good luck to
them. Anyways hope to hear your ideas for racetracks, and classes. Please post some ideas and we will
get started on making you sad life awesome and with meaning.
